Limex Computer GmbH wants to make its website www.limex-it.de accessible to everyone – regardless of impairments and the technology used. This statement describes the accessibility status of the website.
Compliance status
The website follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549. According to our self-assessment it is largely accessible. The assessment is based on our own review (October 2026), not on a review by an external body.
What we have implemented
- All pages can be operated completely with the keyboard; the keyboard focus is clearly visible.
- A “Skip to content” link leads directly to the main content of every page.
- Headings, navigation areas and the main content are marked up for screen readers.
- Texts and controls have sufficient colour contrast – in the light and in the dark design.
- Moving content (background video, animations) is not shown if “Reduce motion” is set in the operating system.
- Informative images have alternative texts; the contact form has labelled fields and understandable error messages.
- All pages are available in German and English.
Known limitations
- The background video of the home page has no sound and no subtitles; it is purely decorative.
- Some partner and customer logos contain text as an image.
- Linked content of other providers (e.g. Google Maps) is beyond our control.
